Tiffany Monique is a Grammy-accredited vocalist, performer, and vocal director with a career spanning nearly three decades. Since entering the industry in 1995, she has contributed her voice, artistry, and leadership to some of the most iconic artists, tours, films, and brand campaigns in contemporary music.

idely known for her 18+ years working with Beyoncé, Tiffany has served as a member of the beloved background vocal group The Mamas™, and later as Lead Background Vocalist and Vocal Director of Pure Honey™, including The Renaissance Tour & Film (2023). Mentored by Beyoncé and affectionately known to fans as “Sweet Tea,” she has played a key creative role on global stages, arenas, stadiums, and major televised events. Most recently, Tiffany served as Vocal Director for the Cowboy Carter Tour (2025) and as Music Director & Vocal Arranger for the GAP Holiday 2025 global “Give Your Gift” campaign, overseeing vocal production, arrangement, and on-set direction.

Beyond her work with Beyoncé, Tiffany’s career includes collaborations and performances with an expansive roster of legendary and contemporary artists, including Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Sting, Pharrell, Jay-Z, K-Ci & JoJo, Regina Belle, Kelly Clarkson, Jill Scott, Jelly Roll, Jon Bon Jovi, Jennifer Hudson, Common, LL Cool J, Lucky Daye, Ledisi, The Dixie Chicks, Ari Lennox, and many others. Early in her career, she was a featured artist on K-Ci & JoJo’s 1999 release “Fee Fie Foe Fum” with her group OnPoint, and was briefly signed to MCA Records.  

A versatile vocalist rooted in R&B and soul, Tiffany is fluent in pop, gospel, classical, and musical theater. Her stage work includes portraying Aunt Em in The Wiz at NJPAC, as well as extensive solo performances and private engagements. She has contributed to multiple Grammy-nominated and award-winning projects, including 20 Feet From Stardom (Best Music Film, 2014) and Homecoming (Best Music Film, 2019), where she served as Assistant Vocal Arranger and Lead Background Vocalist.

As a solo artist, Tiffany released her debut project Nemesis (2010), followed by releases including Anytime (2011), Braving the Storm (2016), Take Your Time (2021), Your Love (2022), and her 2024 single “Magic Moment.” Her recent work reflects a continued evolution as an artist, performer, and creative leader.

Tiffany is an alumna of Morgan State University, where she received a full music scholarship, and William Paterson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Journalism. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and a nine-year esophageal cancer survivor.
